GUIDELINES: SEISMIC REINFORCEMENT & ADDITIONAL HOUSING UNITS   

The catalog presents existing residential buildings that are in the process of approval for reinforcement against earthquakes and additional construction — known as TAMA 38/1. The projects are examined and presented according to various building types such as railway structure, structure H, square structure. Fifty examples were examined and reference made to the improving living standards both in each apartment and in the common areas.
