This is a TAMA 38/1 project for seismic reinforcement and 2.5 new floors for additional housing units. The project aims to maintain the existing design quality of the Rehavia neighborhood according to its strict neighborhood guidelines. The extensions are carefully composing the integration between the original building dated 1956 with a current design including building materials, details, parking and common areas for public use on site.
