MASTER PLAN 

The plan strives to preserve the character of a suburban neighborhood with its natural qualities, urban and open spaces. Due to its topography, the neighborhood affords views to the Dead Sea, as well as to the east, west and south of Jerusalem. We proposed preserving and strengthening the historical skeleton of the neighborhood, based on both the Kaufman Plan and historical buildings by setting guidelines for conservation, construction and densification.
