URBAN RENEWAL: KISUFIM COMPOUND

The project is part of the governmental in-fill initiative to allocate free lots along the blue Jerusalem Light Rail, fomenting
the incentive to build further residential units while strengthening the urban activities taking place in the area. It is located along the Golda Meir boulevard, facing the Ramot Mall. The plan proposes the following functions: 250 new residential units, public parking, a bus terminal, a light-rail stop, a pedestrian bridge to the mall,commerce, employment, school, open spaces with accessible pedestrian walkways to the light rail via escalators.
